Shipping policy

1. Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Custom orders (custom size, color, or style) may require additional processing time. You will be notified of any changes at the time of purchase.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. See Section 3 for total delivery time calculation.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Time
We ship all orders via air freight to ensure faster delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, the transit time is 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and customs clearance delays).

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, weddings season) or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or the shipping carrier.

3. Total Delivery Time (Processing + Transit)
To help you plan, your total estimated delivery time is:

Total Estimated Delivery    10–15 business days
Example: If you place an order on a Monday, you can expect to receive it approximately 10–15 business days later (not including weekends/holidays).

4. Shipping Cost
We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except in cases of our error or product defect.

For returns: Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (see our Refund Policy for details).

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking number for tracking information to update.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
We ship all orders directly from our overseas factory to your address.

We do not collect any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges.

If customs fees are applied by your local customs office upon arrival, you (the customer) are solely responsible for paying them.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of any potential fees before placing your order. Customs policies vary widely by country.

For Canadian customers: As we ship from outside Canada, your order may be subject to GST/HST and import duties upon entry. Please check with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for details.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for:

Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages returned to us because the carrier could not deliver (e.g., wrong address, refused delivery)

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.

8. Lost or Damaged in Transit
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If still not found, contact us within 7 days and we will assist with a carrier claim.
