Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and unwashed
Free of any stains, odors (including perfume or deodorant), pet hair, or alterations
With all original tags attached and in original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items – Custom Products (Important)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-sized dresses (any dress altered or made to your specific measurements)
Custom-colored dresses (any dress dyed or made in a non-standard color at your request)
Custom-style dresses (any dress modified from our standard design based on your request)
Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
If you purchase a custom product (custom size, color, or style), you acknowledge and agree that such items are non-refundable. Please double-check your measurements and selections before placing your order.
3. How to Request a Return (Standard Dresses Only – Non-Custom)

The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for return
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address. Do not send your item back before receiving our approval.
4. Return Shipping Cost – Who Pays?

Customer changed mind, ordered wrong size, no longer needed, etc. You pay
For returns where you pay shipping: The cost will be deducted from your refund if we arrange the label, or you may use your own shipping service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (non-custom only), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If rejected (e.g., item shows signs of wear, stains, or missing tags): We will contact you and ship the item back to you at your cost, or you may arrange for donation/disposal.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies unless the item is returned in non-original condition (at our discretion).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from our approval:
First check your bank or credit card account again
Contact your credit card company (some refunds take longer to post)

7. Exchanges (Size Exchange for Standard Dresses)
The fastest way to get a different size (for standard, non-custom dresses) is to:
Return the original item following the process above (you pay return shipping)
Place a new order for the correct size
We do not offer direct exchanges for custom products.
